6. The registration procedure is completed only when the
payment is received. The payment receipt will be presented
to participants on checking in at the Conference.

Payment can be made by cheque, bank draft or telegraphic
transfer.

Your registration will be acknowledged via email or facsimile
within 7 to 10 working days of receipt of the registration
form and confirmation of payment.
Registration Deadline
Online and mail registrations must reach the HKLA and be
acknowledged by Friday 31st October, 2008.
Cancellation
No refund will be made upon cancellation.

Accommodation Information
Accommodation packages will be posted to the Conference
website as they become available.
Rosedale on the Park Hotel
A discount HKLA Conference accommodation rate is available
at the Rosedale on the Park Hotel, 8 Shelter Street, Causeway
Bay, close to the conference venue. The Rosedale on the Park
is offering Superior Rooms each at HK$ 820 per room per
night during the Conference. This rate offer is inclusive
of one daily buffet breakfast, subject to 10% service charge,
and is valid only for the period indicated above. Changes
in the period of stay may result in change in room rate as
well as the type of accommodation, subject to availability.
Accommodation reservations should be arranged by delegates
themselves. Please make your own reservation directly with
the hotel by sending email to rsvn@rosedale.com.hk to obtain
the special room rate. To secure your booking, you
are required to specify “Hong Kong Library Association 50th
Anniversary Conference", and advised to make the reservation
once receiving your registration acknowledgement from the
HKLA.
